The Streampad Embed API allows developers to customize the look and feel of Streampad as well as choose which features to include and exclude by setting options.
There are two ways to set options.
Set options inside a script tag. Include the script tag at the bottom of the HTML document, right before the closing body tag. All options are strings and should have quotes around them.
streampadPlayer.params.trackcolor = "ffffff";
streampadPlayer.params.bgcolor = "000000";
This option sets the text of the player before it is clicked on. (Use %20 where you want a space to go - clicktext=space%20here)
This options sets the color of the background. (bgcolor=#000000)
This option sets the color of the player's text. (trackcolor=#FFFFFF)
This options sets the color of the playing progress bar (progressfrontcolor=#CCCCCC).
This options sets the color of the loading progress bar (progressbackcolor=#FFFFFF).
This option sets the visiblity of the play button before the player is clicked. Default is false. (clickimg=true).
This option sets whether the player starts playing immeditelly on page load. Default is false. (autoplay=true).
This options sets whether the popout button is visible. If not visible, users wll not be able to pop the player out to its own window. Default is true. (showpop=false).
This options sets whether the playlist button is visible. If not visible, users will not be able to open the playlist drawer. Default is true. (showplaylistbutton=false).
This option sets the height of the playlist/user drawer. Default is 215px (drawersize=215).
This option sets whether the playlist drawer is opened on play. Default is false. (showdrawer=true).
This options sets whether the volume button is visible. If not visible, users will not be able to adjust the volume. Default is true. (showvolumebutton=false).
This option sets the visibility of the player. The player will work even when invisible. Default is true. (visible=false).
api (Tumblr only)
This option allows you to embed a Streampad player on any page and have it play the songs from your blog. Leave off the ‘http://’ part. This is useful if you want to put the player on a different page then the one the songs are on. (api=fredwilson.vc)
